华中乌蔹莓乙醇提取物成分分析及功能性研究

Analysis and Functional Study on the Ethanol Extract of Cayratia oligocarpa(Levl.et Vant.)Gagnep

目的:得出产自恩施州的华中乌蔹莓黄酮类物质主要成分及在体内抗氧化、抗疲劳效果。方法:选取华中乌蔹莓为试验材料,对其乙醇提取物进行成分分析及相应的功能性研究。结果:华中乌蔹莓醇提物的主要成分为绿原酸、芦丁和槲皮素,华中乌蔹莓乙醇提取物能显著增强大鼠的抗氧化能力。在短时间连续灌胃试验中,在0~150 mg/kg剂量范围内药量与药效呈现正相关趋势,随着剂量的增加,抗氧化效果越强;但达到150 mg/kg后,随着剂量增加药效反而下降。长期灌胃试验中,在试验范围内华中乌蔹莓乙醇提取物随着剂量的增加对大鼠有很好的抗氧化效果,同时药量与药效呈现正相关趋势,且在一定的浓度上优于阳性对照维生素C(Vc)。长期灌胃试验中,低剂量和中剂量的华中乌蔹莓乙醇提取物对大鼠的抗疲劳有增效作用,高剂量组对其抗疲劳效果有显著性下降作用。结论:华中乌蔹莓醇提物主要成分为芦丁、绿原酸和槲皮素,且在一定浓度条件下具有良好的体内抗氧化、抗疲劳效果。

Objective:In order to obtain the main components of flavonoids of Cayratia oligocarpa(Levl.et Vant.)Gagnep in Enshi and the antioxidant and antifatigue effects in vivo.Methods:C.oligocarpa was selected as the experimental material to analyze the components and functional properties of the alcohol extract.Results:The main components of the alcohol extract of C.oligocarpa were chlorogenic acid,rutin and quercetin.The alcohol extract of C.oligocarpa could significantly enhance the antioxidant capacity of rats.In the short-term continuous gavage test,the dose and efficacy showed a positive correlation trend within the dose range of 0-150 mg/kg and the antioxidant effect was stronger with the increase of the dose;However,when the dose reached 150 mg/kg,the efficacy decreased with the increase of the dose.In the long-term gavage test,the alcohol extract of C.oligocarpa had a good antioxidant effect on rats with the increase of dosage,and the dosage and efficacy showed a positive correlation trend,and the alcohol extract of C.oligocarpa was better than Vitamin C(Vc)in certain concentration.In the long-term gavage test,the low-dose and medium dose ethanol extracts of C.oligocarpa had synergistic effect on antifatigue of rats,and the antifatigue effect of high dose group was significantly decreased.Conclusion:The main components of the alcohol extract of C.oligocarpa were chlorogenic acid,rutin and quercetin,and it has good antioxidant and antifatigue effects in vivo at a certain concentration.
