摘要
目的:对多基源崖桑皮及桑白皮中总黄酮含量进行测定,为完善崖桑皮和桑白皮的质量控制标准提供参考。方法:采用分光光度法,以桑辛素为标准对照品,对58份不同基源的崖桑皮及桑白皮样品、对照药材中总黄酮的含量进行测定。结果:崖桑皮中总黄酮的含量为9.731~54.706 mg·g^(-1),平均含量为33.329 mg·g^(-1)。其中,华桑根皮中总黄酮的含量为16.479~54.706 mg·g^(-1),平均含量为32.669 mg·g^(-1),鸡桑根皮中总黄酮的含量为9.731~50.464 mg·g^(-1),平均含量为34.651 mg·g^(-1),t检验结果显示华桑与鸡桑根皮中总黄酮含量无显著差异。桑白皮中总黄酮的含量为20.149~75.090 mg·g^(-1),平均含量为40.521 mg·g^(-1),t检验结果显示来源于华桑的崖桑皮与桑白皮中总黄酮含量具有显著差异,来源于鸡桑的崖桑皮与桑白皮中总黄酮含量不具有显著差异;t检验结果显示崖桑皮与桑白皮中总黄酮含量不具有显著差异。结论:崖桑皮与桑白皮中总黄酮含量无显著差异,分别以鸡桑与华桑为基源的崖桑皮总黄酮含量之间无显著差异,此方法简便、准确,本研究为完善崖桑皮和桑白皮的质量标准提供了科学依据。
Objective:To provide a reference to the quality control standards of Australis Mori Cortex and Mori Cortex,the contents of total flavonoids in Australis Mori Cortex and Mori Cortex from different source species were determined.Methods:The total flavonoids contents of 58 Australis Mori Cortex and Mori Cortex samples from different originates were determined by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry(UV)and by using morusin as standard reference substance.Results:The total flavonoids contents in Australis Mori Cortex ranged from 9.731 to 54.706 mg·g^(-1),the average content was 33.329 mg·g^(-1),in which the contents from Morus cathayana Hemsl.were 16.479-54.706 mg·g^(-1) and the average content was 32.669 mg·g^(-1),the contents from Morus australis Poir.were 9.731-50.464 mg·g^(-1),the average content was 34.651 mg.g^(-1),and the result of t-test showed there was no significant difference between the total flavonoids contents in M.cathayana and M.australis;The contents of total flavonoids in Mori Cortex ranged from 20.149 to 75.090 mg·g^(-1),the average content was 40.521 mg·g^(-1),and the t-test showed there was significant difference between the total flavonoids contents of Australis Mori Cortex that from M.cathayana and Mori Cortex,while there was no significant difference between the total flavonoids contents of Australis Mori Cortex that from M.australis and Mori Cortex;t-test showed there was no significant difference between the total flavonoids contents of Australis Mori Cortex and Mori Cortex.Conclusion:There was no significant difference between the total flavonoids contents of Australis Mori Cortex and Mori Cortex,and there was no significant difference between the total flavonoids contents in M.cathayana and M.australis,this study provided a scientific basis to improve the quality control standards of Australis Mori Cortex and Mori Cortex.
