摘要
外泌体是细胞外囊泡(EV)的一种,其调节肿瘤微环境内的细胞间通信和串扰。肿瘤细胞分泌的外泌体在肿瘤进展的许多过程中发挥作用,包括促进受体、信号分子、致癌基因和miRNA的转运,外泌体也是胶质瘤发生发展的关键组成部分。文章综述了外泌体的构成、形成方式、分泌形式及功能,并总结了外泌体在胶质瘤的进展、预测以及化疗和免疫治疗方面的作用。
Exosomes are a type of extracellular vesicles(EV)that regulate cell-to-cell communication and crosstalk in the tumor microenvironment.Exosomes secreted by tumor cells play a role in many processes of tumor progression,including promoting the transport of receptors,signaling molecules,oncogenes and miRNAs.Exosomes are also a key component of the development of gliomas.This article reviews the composition,formation mode,secretion form and function of exosomes,and summarizes the role of exosomes in the progress,prediction,chemotherapy and immunotherapy of glioma.
