摘要
甲状腺癌是目前最常见的内分泌恶性肿瘤,分化型甲状腺癌占甲状腺癌病理分型的95%。上皮间质转化(EMT)是分化型甲状腺癌侵袭和转移中的关键步骤。文章就TGF-β/Smad信号通路PI3K/Akt信号通路、MAPK/ERK信号通路、NF-κB信号通路、Wnt/β-catenin信号通路阐述调控分化型甲状腺癌发生EMT的分子机制,明确EMT相关通路在分化型甲状腺癌的发生、发展和转移过程中发挥的关键作用。
Thyroid cancer is currently the most common endocrine malignant tumor,and differentiated thyroid cancer accounts for 95%of the pathological types of thyroid cancer.Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)is a key step in the invasion and metastasis of differentiated thyroid cancer.This article describes the molecular mechanisms regulating the occurrence of EMT in differentiated thyroid cancer on TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway,PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,MAPK/ERK signaling pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway,and Wnt/βcatenin signaling pathway,and clarifies the occurrence and development of EMT-related pathways in differentiated thyroid cancer and the key role played in the transfer process.
