摘要 癌症是威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一。肿瘤的早发现和精准治疗是人类面临的世界性医学难题,基于痕量、无创、实时快速检测技术,检测患者循环肿瘤DNA(ctDNA),分析患者表观遗传学特点,在分子水平为临床医生提供精细的分类及诊断,可实现对患者提供个性化精准治疗的解决方案。近年来,日益发展的各种基于血浆ctDNA的分子诊断技术可为恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、预后评估和用药指导提供有重要价值的生物标志,为恶性肿瘤的临床精准治疗提供新的途径。 Cancer is one of the main diseases threatening human health.Early detection and accurate treatment of tumor is a worldwide medical problem.Based on trace,non-invasive,real-time and rapid detection technology,we can detect the circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)in the plasma of patients,analyze the epigenetics and clinical characteristics of patients,provide precise classification and diagnosis for clinicians at the molecular level,and realize the solution of personalized precise treatment for patients.In recent years,various molecular diagnostic techniques based on plasma ctDNA have provided important biomarkers for the early diagnosis,prognosis evaluation and medication guidance of malignant tumors,and provided a new approach for clinical precision treatment of malignant tumors.
