子宫内膜息肉应用宫腔镜手术的有效作用分析

Analysis of the Effective Effects of Hysteroscopic Surgery on Endometrial Polyps

目的探究子宫内膜息肉应用宫腔镜手术的有效作用。方法随机抽取本院96例子宫内膜息肉患者,利用摸球法分为对照组(使用刮宫术治疗)与研究组(使用子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗)。对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果经治疗干预,对照组、研究组治疗有效率分别为83.33%、97.92%,研究组更高;对照组、研究组治疗复发率分别为20.83%、2.08%,研究组更低;研究组术中出血量、住院时间、手术时间等相关指标明显优于对照组;研究组患者月经量、子宫内膜厚度改善情况明显优于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论相较于刮宫术治疗,使用宫腔镜手术治疗对子宫内膜息肉患者各项指标改善效果明显,且药物安全性高,提高了治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effective effect of applying hysteroscopic surgery on endometrial polyps.Methods Ninety-six cases of patients with endometrial polyps were randomly selected,divided into the control group(treated with scratch surgery)and the research group(treated with endometrial polypotomy).The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results After therapeutic intervention,the effective rates of treatment in the control group and the research group were 83.33%and 97.92%,respectively,which was higher in the research group;the treatment recurrence rate in the control group and the research group were 20.83%and 2.08%,respectively,which was lower in the research group.Related indicators such as bleeding volume,hospitalization time stay,and operation time in the research group were significantly better than those of the control group;the improvement of menstrual volume and endometrial thickness in the research group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with intrauterine scraping treatment,the use of hysteroscopic surgery has significantly improved the indicators of patients with endometrial polyps,and has high drug safety,improving the treatment effect.
