阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死的疗效以及对发病后不同时间MMP-9和白细胞介素-18的影响

Effect of Atorvastatin Calcium in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction and Its Influence on MMP-9 and IL-18 at Different time After Onset

目的研究分析阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死的疗效以及对发病后不同时间MMP-9和白细胞介素-18的影响与临床意义。方法将160例脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组(n=80)和对照组(n=80),对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗第2~3天后,治疗组MMP-9低于入院时,IL-18高于入院时(P<0.05)。治疗第4~7天后,治疗组MMP-9低于入院时,且低于第2~3天(P<0.05)。治疗组IL-18第4~7天的浓度低于入院时、第2~3天,也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论MMP-9和IL-18水平与脑梗死的发生有直接关系,临床采用阿托伐他汀钙的治疗方式效果显著,值得实施。

Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin calcium on cerebral infarction and the effect and clinical significance of MMP-9 and interleukin-18 at different time after onset.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(n=80)and control group(n=80).The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with atorvastatin calcium on this basis.Compare the treatment effect of the two gruoups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2^(nd) to 3rd days of treatment,the MMP-9 of the treatment group was lower than that at admission,and the IL-18 was higher than that at admission(P<0.05).After the 4^(th) to 7th days of treatment,the MMP-9 of the treatment group was lower than that at admission,and lower than the 2^(nd) to 3rd days(P<0.05).The concentration of IL-18 in the treatment group on the 4^(th) to 7th day was lower than that at the time of admission,on the 2^(nd) to 3rd days,and was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of MMP-9 and IL-18 are directly related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction.The clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium treatment is significant,which is worthy of implementation.
