冠心病患者介入治疗术后支架内再狭窄多因素分析

Multi-factor Analysis of Stent Restenosis in Coronary Heart Disease Patients after Interventional Therapy

目的探究冠心病患者介入治疗术后支架内再狭窄的影响因素,并为再狭窄的预防与促使介入治疗预后效果的提高提供理论指导。方法在2018年1月至2019年1月,选取我院收治的100例冠心病介入治疗患者为研究对象,术后对患者随访6个月,根据介入治疗术后支架内是否出现再狭窄情况进行分组。其中,狭窄组(比原位血管直径狭窄超过50%)28例,未狭窄组72例。对两组患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,了解支架内再狭窄的影响因素。结果除年龄以外,糖尿病史、既往搭桥史、TG≥2.2 mmol/L、HDL-C≤1.04 mmol/L、LDL-C≥2.6 mmol/L等因素是并介入治疗患者术后支架内再狭窄的单因素,P<0.05;经过多因素分析可得,糖尿病史、HDL-C≤1.04 mmol/L与TG≥2.2 mmol/L是影响患者术后支架内再狭窄的主要因素,P<0.05。结论冠心病患者介入治疗手术后支架内再狭窄的影响因素较多,在对其治疗的时候需要加强对影响因素的合理控制,以便提高手术治疗效果,减少支架内再狭窄的发生率,确保良好的预后。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of stent restenosis in patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy,and to provide theoretical guidance for the prevention of restenosis and the improvement of prognosis of interventional therapy.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 time,select our hospital 100 cases of interventional treatment for patients with coronary heart disease as the research object,the patients were followed up for 6 months postoperatively,according to the interventional treatment of postoperative stent restenosis whether happen to group,divided into stenosis group(in situ vascular diameter stenosis by more than 50%)than 28 cases and non stenosis group of 72 cases,clinical data of two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed,to understand the influence factors of stent restenosis.Results In addition to age,the history of diabetes,previous history of bypass,TG≥2.2 mmol/L,HDL-C≤1.04 mmol/L,LDL-C≥2.6 mmol/L and other factors are factors such as in-stent restenosis after interventional therapy,single factor of stent,P<0.05;after multivariate analysis,it can be found that diabetes history,HDL-C≤1.04 mmol/L and TG≥2.2 mmol/L are the main factors that affect patients with postoperative restenosis in stents,P<0.05.Conclusion There are many influencing factors for in-stent restenosis in patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy,and measures should be taken for intervention.
