肾动脉血流指标在糖尿病肾病患者中的变化及对分期的检测价值探究

Investigation on the Change of Renal Artery Blood Flow Indexes in the Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy and Detection Value for Stages

目的探究肾动脉血流指标在糖尿病肾病患者中的变化及对分期的检测价值。方法选取2017年2月至2019年5月的75例糖尿病肾病患者为观察组,同时期的75名健康者为对照组。比较两组的肾各级动脉血流指标[收缩期峰值速度(Vs)、舒张末期流速(Vd)及阻力指数(RI)],并比较观察组中不同分期者的肾各级动脉血流指标。结果观察组的肾各级动脉Vs及Vd均低于对照组,RI均高于对照组,且观察组中分期较高者的肾各级动脉Vs及Vd均低于分期较低者,分期较高者的RI均高于分期较低者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾动脉血流指标在糖尿病肾病患者中的变化较大,且对疾病分期的检测价值较高。

Objective To investigate the change of renal artery blood flow indexes in the patients with diabetic nephropathy and detection value for stages.Methods Seventy-five patients with diabetic nephropathy from February 2017 to May 2019 were chosen as the observation group,75 heathy persons at the same time were chosen as the control group.Then the blood flow indexes[peak systolic velocity(Vs),end-diastolic velocity(Vd)and resistance Index(RI)]of renal arteries at all levels of two groups were compared,then the blood flow indexes of observation group with different stages were compared too.Results The Vs and Vd of observation group at all levels of renal arteries were lower than those of control group,the RI were higher than those of control group,and the Vs and Vd of observation group at all levels of renal arteries with higher stages were lower than those of patients with lower stages,the RI of patients with higher stages were higher than those of patients with lower stages,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The change of renal artery blood flow indexes in the patients with diabetic nephropathy are great,and its detection value for the disease stages is higher.
