孕产期保健宣教对产褥期妇女饮食及行为的影响

Effect of Health Education during Pregnancy and Childbirth on Diet and Behavior of Women in Puerperium

目的关于孕产期保健宣教工作对产褥期妇女的饮食和行为的影响分析。方法选择2019年1月至2020年4月到我院进行孕产期保健的84例孕妇按照随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组平均为42例。两组孕妇在进行孕产期保健的过程中分别配合孕产期保健宣教和常规指导,比较两组女性的饮食和相关的行为。结果观察组的健康知识知晓率和饮食摄入均衡性均优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组在坚持晒太阳、洗澡、刷牙、卧室通风和产后运动等生活行为方面的所占比明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论临床积极的对产褥期妇女落实孕产期保健宣教工作可有效的提升产褥期妇女对健康知识的知晓率,积极的保证其营养均衡,使其维持良好的生活行为,是值得推广使用的手段。

Objective To analyze the impact of pregnancy and perinatal health education on the diet and behavior of women during puerperium.Methods From January 2019 to April 2020,84 pregnant women who went to our hospital for maternal and childbirth care were divided into observation group and control group according to random methods,with an average of 42 cases in each group.The two groups of pregnant women cooperated with the pregnancy and perinatal health education and routine guidance in the process of maternal and child health care,and compared the diet and related behaviors of the two groups of women.Results The health knowledge awareness rate and dietary intake balance of the observation group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05;the proportion of the observation group in life activities such as sunbathing,bathing,brushing teeth,bedroom ventilation and postpartum exercise was significantly higher in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Clinically active implementation of puerperium women's health education and education can effectively improve the puerperium women's awareness of health knowledge,and actively ensure their nutritional balance,so that they can maintain good life behaviors,which is worth promoting.
