孕期生育舞蹈联合分娩球对缩短初产妇第一产程及分娩结局的影响

Effect of Fertility Dance Combined with Delivery Ball during Pregnancy on Shortening the First Stage of Labor and Delivery Outcome of Primipara

目的探讨孕期生育舞蹈联合分娩球对缩短初产妇第一产程及分娩结局的影响。方法自2020年1月至2021年3月,选择我院80例初产妇,随机分为对照组(常规孕期护理指导)和观察组(孕产舞蹈结合分娩球),每组40例。观察两组产程时间、产妇分娩控制感及分娩方式。结果①观察组第一产程、第二产程、总产程时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组分娩控制量表(DCS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③观察组自然分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在孕期及产程中应用生育舞蹈联合分娩球,有助于提高自然分娩率,加快产程,安全性好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of birth dance combined with delivery ball during pregnancy on shortening the first stage of labor and delivery outcome of primiparas.Methods From January 2020 to March 2021,80 primiparas in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing guidance during pregnancy)and observation group(maternity dance combined with delivery ball),with 40 cases in each group.The time of labor process,sense of delivery control and mode of delivery were observed.Results(1)The time of the first labor stage,the second labor stage and the total labor stage in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The score of DCS in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The natural delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of birth dance combined with delivery ball during pregnancy and labor process is helpful to improve the natural delivery rate and speed up the labor process,which is safe and worth popularizing.
