在慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者中实施阶段化护理的效果

Effect of Staged Nursing on Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的分析阶段化护理在慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法研究中的慢性肾功能衰竭患者均由我院于2018年2月至2019年2月接诊。将82例慢性肾功能衰竭患者按照随机取样的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组有患者41例。所有患者均采取血液透析治疗,对照组患者实施常规化护理,观察组患者展开阶段化护理。分析对比不同护理方法取得的效果。结果分析两组患者的护理满意度,对照组低于观察组,对照组为75.61%,观察组为95.12%,数据差异P<0.05,有统计学意义;对比两组患者负性心理评分和肾功能指标,观察组患者的负性心理评分更低,肾功能更好,数据差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;分析两组患者的生活质量评分,观察组患者的各项评分都明显高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾功能衰竭患者实施血液透析治疗的过程中展开阶段化护理方法可取得较好的效果,可有效改善患者的肾功能,调节患者心理状态,提高其生活质量评分。

Objective To analyze the effect of phased nursing in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods All patients with chronic renal failure in the study were received in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.Eighty-two patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,41 patients in both groups.All patients were treated with hemodialysis,the patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group received staged nursing.To analyze and compare the effect of different nursing methods.Results Analysis of the two groups of patients'nursing satisfaction,the control group is lower than the observation group,the control group is 75.61%,the observation group is 95.12%,the data difference is P<0.05,statistically significant;compared with the two groups of patients'negative psychological score and renal function index,the observation group of patients'negative psychological score is lower,renal function is better,the data difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of the two groups were analyzed,the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The phased nursing method in the process of hemodialysis can achieve better results,effectively improve renal function,regulate the psychological state of patients,and improve the quality of life score.
