无缝隙护理策略对手术室护理质量以及护理满意度的意义探讨

Significance of Seamless Nursing Strategy on Nursing Quality and Nursing Satisfaction in Operating Room

目的探讨无缝隙护理策略对手术室护理质量以及护理满意度的意义探讨。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省大连市大连大学附属新华医院就诊的80例进行手术的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。给予对照组40例患者传统护理,试验组40例患者在传统护理的基础上加用无缝隙护理。对比两组患者对手术室护理质量评价以及护理满意度。结果试验组患者的护理质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度为80%,对照组护理满意度为75%,试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理策略可以提高手术室护理质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the significance of seamless nursing strategy on nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in operating room.Methods Eighty patients admitted to Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups provided traditional nursing care.The experimental group of 40 patients in the traditional nursing on the basis of seamless nursing strategy;The control group of 40 patients provided traditional nursing treatment.Two groups of patients to the operating room nursing quality and nursing satisfaction evaluation.Results The nursing quality of patients in the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was 80%in the experimental group and 75%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless nursing strategy can improve the quality of nursing in the operating room and is worth popularizing and applying.
