冠心病心绞痛患者实施优质护理干预的效果及意义

Effect and Significance of High-quality Nursing Intervention in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的探究冠心病心绞痛患者实施优质护理干预的效果及意义。方法将2017年5月至2019年5月的102例冠心病心绞痛患者应用等量电脑随机的方式对其平均分组,分别应用优质护理服务方式(试验组)进行护理干预及常规护理干预方式(对照组)进行干预,对比护理效果。结果试验组的临床指标主要包括心率水平、血压水平及心绞痛发作次数均显著低于对照组,且试验组的焦虑评分与抑郁评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用优质护理干预方式对冠心病心绞痛病症患者进行干预,有利于改善患者的心绞痛病症,稳定患者体征。

Objective To explore the effect and significance of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods One hundred and two patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from May 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups by equal amount of computer.Nursing intervention was conducted by high-quality nursing service(experimental group)and routine nursing intervention(control group)respectively,and the nursing effect was compared.Results The clinical indicators of the experimental group,including heart rate,blood pressure and the number of angina attacks,were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the anxiety score and depression score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is conducive to improving angina pectoris and stabilizing the symptoms of patients.
