心肌梗死介入治疗后患者实施心脏康复护理的效果

Effect of Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨对心肌梗死介入治疗后患者采取心脏康复护理取得的效果。方法从医院2017年6月至2018年7月接诊的心肌梗死介入治疗患者中抽取护理观察对象,结合患者选取的护理方式,分别抽取实施常规护理和心脏康复护理措施患者均25例,共50例,分别为对照组和康复组,采用回顾性分析法,比较两组护理后患者心脏功能各项指标状况以及并发症发生率、护理满意度和有效率。结果①比较两组护理后有关心脏功能指标,康复组的静息心率、静息收缩压、静息舒张压、运动心率、运动收缩压、运动舒张压、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)指标均优于对照组,两组差异明显(P<0.05)。②比较两组并发症发生率,康复组为4%、对照组为16%,康复组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。③康复组护理满意度(92%)高于对照组(72%),P<0.05。④康复组的总有效率(96%)高于对照组(80%),P<0.05。结论对心肌梗死介入治疗患者实施心理康复护理措施,可有效改善患者病情,提高护理效果,具有较高推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing on patients after myocardial infarction.Methods The nursing observation subjects were selected from the patients undergoing myocardial infarction interventional treatment in the hospital from June 2017 to July 2018,and combined with the nursing methods selected by the patients,25 patients were selected for routine nursing(control group),and 25 patients cardiac rehabilitation nursing measures(rehabilitation group),using retrospective analysis to compare the status of various indicators of cardiac function,the incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction,and effectiveness in the two groups after nursing.Results(1)Compared with the cardiac function indicators of the two groups after treatment,the rehabilitation group resting heart rate,resting systolic blood pressure,resting diastolic blood pressure,exercise heart rate,running systolic blood pressure,running diastolic blood pressure,left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),Left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and cardiac index(CI)were superior to the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of complications was 4%in the rehabilitation group and 16%in the control group.The incidence of complications in the rehabilitation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The nursing satisfaction of the rehabilitation group(92%)was higher than that of the control group(72%),P<0.05.(4)The total effective rate of the rehabilitation group(96%)was higher than that of the control group(80%),P<0.05.Conclusion Psychological rehabilitation nursing measures for patients with myocardial infarction intervention can effectively improve the patient's condition and improve the nursing effect,which has a high promotion value.
