优质护理在慢性宫颈炎患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of High-quality Nursing in Chronic Cervicitis Patients

目的探讨优质护理在慢性宫颈炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月我院接诊的78例慢性宫颈炎患者,按照随机双盲分组法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。两组均予以相同的治疗方法,对照组患者实施常规性护理措施,观察组患者则按照优质护理方法展开。对比不同护理措施取得的效果。结果观察组临床护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组SDS与SAS评分比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组SDS与SAS评分均较护理前降低,且观察组SDS与SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为慢性宫颈炎患者提供优质护理措施,可调节患者情绪状态,提高其治疗依从性,有利于患者维持良好的身心状态,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high-quality nursing mode on patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,78 patients with chronic cervicitis were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the randomized double-blind grouping method,39 cases in each group.Under the same treatment,the patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,while the patients in the observation group were given high-quality nursing methods.The results of different nursing measures were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,the difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing high-quality nursing measures for patients with chronic cervicitis can regulate the emotional state of the patients,improve their compliance with treatment,help patients maintain a good physical and mental state,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
