细节护理对腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠患者预后及并发症的影响

Effect of Detail Nursing on Prognosis and Complications of Laparoscopic Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的针对腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠患者采取细节护理方法对其预后与并发症产生的影响进行分析。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月收治的200例异位妊娠患者,根据双盲分组原理将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。两组患者均采取腹腔镜治疗,在治疗方法相同的基础上,对照组与观察组分别进行常规护理和细节护理服务。对比不同护理措施对患者预后与并发症的影响。结果护理满意度比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的VAS评分、排气时间、离床时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论异位妊娠患者采取腹腔镜治疗后辅以细节护理,可显著提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,缩短患者离床时间,有利于患者预后。

Objective To analyze the impact of detailed nursing methods on the prognosis and complications of patients with ectopic pregnancy treated by laparoscopy.Methods Select 200 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted from August 2017 to August 2018,and divide the patients into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of double-blind grouping,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with laparoscopy.On the basis of the same treatment methods,the control group and the observation group received routine care and detailed nursing services respectively.Compare the effects of different nursing measures on the prognosis and complications of patients.Results Comparing nursing satisfaction,the observation group was higher of the observation group had better than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,VAS scores,exhaust time,time to get out of bed,hospitalization time,and postoperative complications of the observation group had better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ectopic pregnancy,laparoscopic treatment followed by detailed care can significantly improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the time for patients to get out of bed,and benefit the prognosis of the patients.
