优质护理干预在疝气手术患者中的临床价值分析

Analysis of Clinical Value of High-quality Nursing Intervention in Patients with Hernia Surgery

目的观察优质护理干预在疝气手术患者中的临床价值分析。方法将我院近期(2019年1月1日至2020年12月31日)收治的疝气患者150例,以随机数字表法分组每组各75例,其中接受常规护理干预的75例患者为对照组,接受优质护理干预的75例患者则为研究组。结果经护理后两组心境状态量表评分中慌乱、疲劳、愤怒、紧张、抑郁的评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,而自尊感和精力则较护理前上升,且研究组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组患者术后首次排尿时间、首次下床时间及住院时长短于对照组,而研究组住院期间并发症发生率低于对照组,对护理的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予疝气患者优质护理干预,可以较为明显的改善患者的不良心境,使患者积极向上,还可以明显的缩短患者术后首次排尿时间、首次下床时间及住院时长,降低患者住院期间并发症发生率,提高护理满意率,其效果理想。

Objective To observe the clinical value of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with hernia surgery.Methods A total of 150 patients with hernia diagnosed in our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020 were randomly divided into two groups,75 patients in each group,75 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the other 75 patients in the study group received high-quality nursing intervention.Results After nursing,the scores of panic,fatigue,anger,tension and depression in the two groups were significantly lower than before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,while the self-esteem and energy were higher than before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05).The first time of urination,the first time of getting out of bed and the hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,while the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of hernia patients,the implementation of high-quality nursing intervention,can significantly improve the patient's bad mood,make it more positive,and can significantly shorten the first postoperative micturition time,the first time out of bed and length of hospital stay,the incidence of complications during hospitalization is low,the satisfaction rate of nursing is increased,the effect is ideal.
