手术室整体护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Holistic Nursing in Operating Room in Elderly Patients with Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture Surgery

目的分析在老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者中手术室整体护理的应用效果。方法以我院75例老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者为研究对象,通过抽签法分成参照组、试验组,分别开展手术室常规护理、手术室整体护理干预。比较两组术后疼痛程度、临床时间指标、术后不良反应发生情况。结果试验组重度疼痛率(2.70%)显著低于参照组(23.68%)(P<0.05)。试验组手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间明显短于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率(2.70%)明显低于参照组(21.05%),组间存在较大差异(P<0.05)。结论予以老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者手术室整体护理干预,可减轻其疼痛程度,缩短其骨折愈合与住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of holistic nursing in the operating room for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 75 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were selected as the study objects.The postoperative pain degree,clinical time index and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The severe pain rate(2.70%)in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(23.68%)(P<0.05).The surgical time,the healing time of the fracture,and the hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions(2.70%)in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the reference group(21.05%)and varied significantly between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Overall nursing intervention in the operating room for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture can reduce their pain,shorten their fracture healing and hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
