急诊ICU护士重症护理中存在问题及对策探讨

Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Critical Care of ICU Nurses

目的探讨分析急诊ICU护士重症护理中存在问题及对策。方法回顾性分析2018年2月至2019年4月我院急诊ICU护士重症护理中存在的问题,对存在的具体问题进行分析和总结,提出切实可行的解决对策。结果在急诊ICU护士重症护理中,存在的问题主要是指临床医学知识掌握不足、操作能力差、应变能力差等,临床医学知识掌握不足例数为40例,其占比为44.44%,操作能力差例数为30例,其占比为33.33%,应变能力差例数为20例,其占比为22.22%。在采取措施后,采取措施后的满意度明显高于采取措施前,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论要想确保急诊ICU护士重症护理中存在的问题能够顺利解决,必须加强医学只是学习,为护士开展一系列的操作技能培训,将护士心理抗压能力和应变能力提升上来,保证良好的综合素养。

Objective To discuss and analyze the problems and countermeasures in the intensive care of emergency ICU nurses.Method Retrospective analysis of the problems in the critical care of the emergency ICU nurses in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019,analysis and summary of the specific problems,and put forward practical solutions.Result In the critical care of ICU nurses,the existing problems mainly refer to the lack of clinical medical knowledge,poor operation ability,and poor adaptability.The number of cases with insufficient clinical medical knowledge is 40,accounting for 44.44%,the number of cases with poor operation ability is 30,accounting for 33.33%,and the number of cases with poor adaptability is 20,accounting for 22.22%.After taking measures,the satisfaction after taking measures was significantly higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to ensure that the problems existing in critical care of emergency ICU nurses can be solved smoothly,it is necessary to strengthen the study of medicine,carry out a series of operation skill training for nurses,improve the psychological pressure resistance ability and strain ability of nurses,and ensure a good comprehensive quality.
