土压平衡顶管机刀盘的力学分析及优化设计 被引量:5

摘要 刀盘作为土压平衡顶管机的重要组件,是土压平衡顶管机的支撑与切削机构。当刀盘处于不同的地质环境中,其受到的载荷是复杂且多变的,再加上刀盘的配置和掘进参数的不合理性,最终就导致了刀盘结构的变化较大。为了使刀盘的强度和刚度有所提高,使用Ansys Workbench对刀盘进行静力结构分析,得到了刀盘的等效应力云图与位移量云图,发现顶管机刀盘最大应力集中在法兰与牛腿连接的地方。对刀盘外圈、环状筋板、牛腿的尺寸进行优化设计,将优化前后刀盘的整体力学性能进行对比发现,优化后的刀盘性能有了很大的改善,达到了对顶管机刀盘性能优化的目的。 In order to improve strength and stiffness of cutter head,in this paper,the static structure of the cutter head was analyzed by Workbench,and the equivalent stress and displacement nephograms of the cutter head were obtained.It was found that the maximum stress of the cutter head of pipe jacking machine concentrates on the place where the flange is connected with the leg.Then the size of the outer ring of the cutter head,the ring rib plate and the bracket were optimized.Finally,the overall mechanical properties of the cutter head before and after the optimization were compared.The results showthat the optimized cutter head performance has greatly improved,which can conform to the design demand.This research can provide theoretical reference for the optimization of pipe jacking cutter head structure.
