C-臂引导下球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛对患者焦虑抑郁的影响

Effect of C-arm percutaneous balloon compression compression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia on patients with anxiety and depression

目的分析经C-臂引导下球囊压迫术(PBC)治疗的三叉神经痛(TN)患者焦虑、抑郁的变化情况。方法选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院神经外科中心功能神经外科团队自2018年1月至2020年12月行C-臂引导下PBC治疗的55例TN患者为研究对象。应用Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者治疗前和治疗后1周的抑郁、焦虑情况进行评定和比较。分析C-臂引导下PBC对TN的临床疗效。结果本研究共治愈患者51例,治愈率达92.73%,其中即刻治愈49例,延迟治愈2例,均发生在1周内;显效2例,有效1例,有效率达98.18%;症状无缓解1例(1.82%)。手术前55例患者中有焦虑者17例(30.91%),抑郁者20例(36.36%);治疗后1周,焦虑者7例(12.73%),抑郁者5例(9.09%)。与治疗前比较,患者治疗后SAS、SDS评分均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论C-臂引导下PBC治疗TN临床效果显著,患者的焦虑、抑郁症状得到显著改善。

Objective To analyze the changes of anxiety and depression in trigeminal neuralgia(TN)patients treated by C-arm guided percutaneous balloon compression(PBC).Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,55 patients with TN who were treated by C-arm guided PBC in the functional neurosurgery team of the Neurosurgery Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected.Zung’s self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to score and compare the depression and anxiety of patients before treatment and 1 week after treatment.The clinical efficacy of C-arm guided PBC on TN was analyzed.Results After PBC treatment,55 patients with TN who received PBC treatment were included in this study.A total of 51 patients were cured,with a cure rate of 92.73%.Among them,49 patients were cured,and 2 patients were cured,all of which occurred within 1 week.Two patients were markedly effective,1 patient was effective.The effective rate was 98.18%.One patient(1.82%)showed no relief.Among the 55 patients before surgery,17 patients were anxious(30.91%),and 20 patients were depressed(36.36%);1 week after treatment,7 patients were anxious(12.73%),5 patients of depression(9.09%).Compared with before treatment,SAS and SDS scores were significantly reduced after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion C-arm guided PBC has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of TN,and the patients’anxiety and depression symptoms have been significantly improved.
