摘要
基于人情消费的农家宴席既可能引发群体性食物中毒事件,也可能带来疾病人际传播的风险。公共卫生风险治理研究不仅要着眼于“事后”的应急管理体系,也要探究“事前”的风险防范。根据对皖北G县的人情消费与农家宴席的跟踪调查,总结出农宴潜在的五类公共卫生风险。基于风险防范的制度并借鉴农村宴席公共卫生风险防范的地方实践,提出宴前防控、宴后处置、宴中监管各环节风险防范对策。
Farm banquets based on human consumption may not only lead to mass food poisoning incidents,but also may bring the risk of disease transmission from person to person.Public health risk management research should not only focus on the"after the event"emergency management system,but also explore the"before"risk prevention.Based on a follow-up survey of human consumption and farm banquets in G County in northern Anhui,five potential public health risks of farm banquets were summarized.Based on the risk prevention system and learning from the local practice of rural banquet public health risk prevention,the risk prevention countermeasures for each link of prevention and control before the banquet,disposal after the banquet,and supervision during the banquet are proposed.
