摘要 高校学生资助工作存在精准认定有待加强、资助工作忽视个性成长需求、关注学生诉求不够等问题。探索通过精准掌握学生多元成长需求,为学生提供多维发展援助以及创造全员育人环境等手段,提升资助育人质量,提高资助育人的针对性和实效性。 There are some problems in the work of college students’financial aid education,such as the need to strengthen the accurate identification,ignoring the needs of personality growth,and not paying enough attention to the demands of students.This paper has explored ways to accurately grasp students’diversified growth needs,provide students with multi-dimensional development assistance and create a full education environment,so as to improve the quality,pertinence and effectiveness of financial aid education.
