湖南省女子竞技体操后备人才培养战略目标研究——以2017年湖南省青少年体操比赛为例

Study on the Strategic Objective of Reserve Talents Training for Women in Hunan Province--Taking the 2017 Youth Gymnastics Competition in Hunan Province as an example

采用文献资料法、数理统计法和专家访谈法,对2017年湖南省体操锦标赛中女子竞技体操参赛人数、参赛项目、比赛情况等进行分析。研究表明:(1)湖南省女子竞技体操后备人才基础薄弱,表现为数量少、规模小;(2)湖南省女子竞技体操传统优势项目为高低杠、平衡木,自由体操、跳马项目发展相对较慢;(3)湖南省各地区实力存在较大差距,株洲、长沙、湘西自治州等地区后备力量较强,基本功较好,邵阳、岳阳、益阳等地区储备力量较弱,竞技实力有所下降。为进一步加强湖南省女子竞技体操后备人才培养,提出相应对策,促进湖南省女子竞技体操持续发展。

Using literature method,mathematical statistics method and expert interview method,this paper analyzes the number of women's competitive gymnastics participants,entry items,competition situation and so on in the 2017 Hunan gymnastics tournament.The research shows that:(1)the reserve talent base of women's competitive gymnastics in Hunan Province is weak,showing a small number and small scale;(2)the traditional advantages of women's competitive gymnastics in Hunan Province are uneven bars,balance beam,floor exercise and horse jumping project development is relatively slow;(3)there is a big gap in the strength of various regions of Hunan Province,such as Zhuzhou,Changsha,Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture and so on,the reserve strength of Shaoyang,Yueyang,Yiyang and other regions is relatively weak Athletic strength has declined.In order to further strengthen the training of reserve talents for women's competitive gymnastics in Hunan Province,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to promote the sustainable development of women's competitive gymnastics in Hunan Province.
