衢州医保“云”信息系统赋能医保治理体系

Cloud Information System Promoting Healthcare Security Governance System in Quzhou

建立高效、安全的医保信息系统是新时代医疗保障体系建设、政策实施的基础条件和技术保障。衢州市按照安全为本的建设思路,积极探索、勇于创新,于2019年9月成功上线全国首个独立运行、全面国产化的“云上”医保信息系统。经过近两年的运行,以“云”系统为核心的医保信息化建设对医保工作支撑作用明显加强,“数据资源化、业务标准化、服务便捷化、监管智能化”的医保治理体系逐步完善。

The establishment of an effi cient and safe healthcare security information system is the basic condition and technical guarantee for the construction of healthcare security system and the implementation of policies in the New Era.In accordance with the safety oriented construction idea,Quzhou successfully launched the first independently operated and fully localized Cloud healthcare security information system in September 2019.After nearly two years of operation,the healthcare security information construction with Cloud system as the core has signifi cantly strengthened the support role of healthcare security work,and the business standardization,convenient service and intelligent supervision has gradually improved.
