我国六省骨科类医用耗材带量采购规则研究

Procurement Rules for Orthopedic Medical Consumables in Six Provinces of China

骨科类医用耗材属于我国的高值医用耗材,各省开展骨科类医用耗材带量采购的次数较多。本文从采购主体、约定采购量、入围标准、品种分组、评标规则、中选企业数量、采购量的分配等七个方面全面详实地比较分析各省骨科类医用耗材带量的采购特点,总结可借鉴与推广的成功经验,为其他省份和联盟骨科耗材带量采购的规则制定提供参考。

Orthopaedic medical consumables belong to high value medical consumables in China.There are many times of purchasing orthopaedic medical consumables in diff erent provinces.This paper compares and analyzes the characteristics of orthopedic medical consumables volume procurement from seven aspects,such as procurement subject,agreed procurement quantity,shortlisted standard,variety grouping,bid evaluation rules,number of selected enterprises and allocation of procurement quantity.Summarizing the successful experience that can be used for reference and promotion,and providing a reference for other provinces and alliances to make rules of orthopedic consumables volume procurement.
