为提高集中采购药品的可及性,实现慢特病患者的精细化管理,为其提供就近诊疗购药服务,邯郸市医疗保障局提早谋划,多方调研,积极探索,在全国率先成立了慢特病医保管理中心,依托社区卫生服务中心(站)和乡镇卫生院,构建了慢特病“1+N”管理服务体系,为慢特病患者提供全覆盖服务,大幅提升了医保治理能力。

In order to improve the accessibility of centralized drug procurement,realize the fine management of patients with chronic diseases,and provide them with the nearest medical service,Handan Healthcare Security Bureau took the lead in establishing the medical insurance management center for chronic diseases in China.Relying on community health service centers and township health centers,Handan has built a"1+N"management and service system for chronic diseases,provided full coverage services for patients with chronic diseases,and greatly improved the ability of healthcare security governance.
