美国集团采购与药品福利管理模式对比研究

Comparative Study of Group Purchasing and Pharmacy Benefit Management in the United States

集团采购和药品福利管理是美国采取的两种典型医疗控费模式。本文以互联网公开的资料为基础,采用文献综述法,对美国集团采购组织(GPOs)和药品福利管理机构(PBMs)的主要功能、盈利及控费机制、影响范围以及存在的问题进行对比研究,从而为完善我国医疗保障管理制度提供参考借鉴。

GPO and PBM are two typical healthcare cost-control models adopted in the United States.Based on the primary literature sources from the U.S.government departments,legislature,industry associations,and other publicly available information on the Internet,this paper uses literature review method to compare and analyze the main functions,profi tability and cost-control mechanisms,scope of infl uence,and problems of group purchasing organizations(GPOs)and pharmacy benefit managers(PBMs)in order to provide reference for the improvement of China's healthcare security management system.
