近二十年来,学界对汉冶萍公司体制变迁、厂矿选址、举借日债等传统议题的研究不断深入,并从职工的工作、生活入手,对公司管理制度及购买设备、开拓市场等生产经营活动作了细致考察。此外,学者们还多角度剖析了公司与国内各级政府及日本的激烈博弈,凸显了公司所处的复杂政治生态。从技术史、城市化等视角探究公司史,揭示企业对社会发展的深远影响,成为研究的新趋势。加大档案资料的出版力度、加强薄弱议题的研究、完善整体史的理论架构,是汉冶萍公司史研究进一步延展的可行方向。

The academic research on traditional topics related to Hanyeping Company such as the institutional changes,site of factories and mines and loan from Japan has been intensified in the last two decades.These studies also include detailed investigation on work and life of staff,management system of the company,and business activities such as purchasing equipment and opening markets.Moreover,scholars have also analyzed the fierce competition between the company and domestic governments at various levels and Japan from multiple perspectives,highlighting the complex political ecology of Hanyeping.It has become a new trend to explore the company's history from new angles such as technology,urbanization,which reveals the company's far-reaching impact on social development.Increasing the publication of archive materials,strengthening the study of weak topics,and improving the theoretical framework of the integral history are feasible directions for the further extension of the history of Hanyeping company.
