Thoughts and Policy Suggestions on Economic Development of Huangshi City during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

当前世界经济处在深度调整期,内外部经济环境正发生着深刻变化。“十四五”时期是黄石市转型升级的关键期,针对经济增长动力、经济结构、市场需求等问题,文章提出黄石市政府要抢抓历史机遇,在扩大有效投资落实、优化市场要素配置、加快融入“芯屏端网”建设、优化三次产业结构比、推动制造业迈向中高端发展、推动消费循环、推动外贸大循环上下功夫,从而实现黄石经济的高质量发展。

The world economy is in a period of in-depth adjustment,and the internal and external economic environment has undergone profound changes.The 14th Five-Year Plan(2021-2025)period is a critical time for the transformation and upgrading of Huangshi city.In response to issues such as economic growth drivers,economic structure,and market demand,this paper proposes that the government should seize historic opportunities to further implement effective investment,optimize the allocation of market factors,and accelerate the integration of“memory chip,new display,intelligent terminal and internet”,optimize the three-industry structure ratio,promote the development of the manufacturing industry to the high-end,promote the consumption cycle,promote the foreign trade cycle,and continue to achieve high-quality economic development.
