关于黄石加快融入光谷科创大走廊的对策研究

Study on Accelerating Integration of Huangshi City into Wuhan Optical Valley Technology Innovation Corridor

为顺应全球科技发展趋势、国家创新驱动发展战略和湖北创新强省建设的需要,中共湖北省委、省政府作出规划建设光谷科技创新大走廊的重大战略部署,着力打造我国重要的科技创新策源地和高质量发展示范区。当前,黄石市正处在深度转型的关键时期和大有可为的重要战略机遇期。主动融入光谷科创大走廊,大力推动黄石与武汉、鄂州、黄冈协同创新发展,是黄石实现引领鄂东转型发展示范区高质量发展的必然选择。如何加快融入光谷科创大走廊建设、用好优势资源、做好“融入”文章、在区域协同创新中争当“主角”,这是目前黄石亟需研究解决的问题。

In order to comply with the global trend of science and technology development,the national innovation-driven development strategy and the need to build a strong innovation province in Hubei,the provincial Party committee and the provincial government have made a major strategic plan to build the Optical Valley technology innovation corridor,striving to build an important source of technology innovation and a high-quality development demonstration area in China.At present,Huangshi is in a critical period of deep transformation and an important period of strategic opportunity period with great potential.It is an inevitable choice for Huangshi to lead the high-quality development of the Eastern Hubei transformation and development demonstration zone to actively integrate into the Optical Valley technology innovation corridor and vigorously promote the collaborative innovation and development of Wuhan and Huangshi.How to accelerate the integration into the construction of the Optical Valley technology innovation corridor,make good use of advantageous resources,write a good chapter of“integration”,and strive to be the"protagonist"in the regional collaborative innovation is an urgent problem to be solved.
