摘要 论述了自制的有机无机杂化钛系催化剂在1 kt/a的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)中试装置上的应用过程,证实了该催化剂体系分散性大幅度提高,具有良好耐水解性,可有效降低使用成本,催化反应平衡易掌控,可有效稳定应用于连续酯化缩聚生产线。通过调整酯化工艺和优化缩聚工艺,可有效控制成品的色值。通过相对分子质量及分布、热性能等测试,结果表明:其产品的再加工性能与乙二醇锑系催化剂生产的PET相比同样良好,并有进一步提升的可能性,为后续进一步开展直接纺丝工业化应用研究提供有价值的参考。 The application process of the self-made organic-inorganic hybrid titanium catalyst in the 1 kt/a polyethylene terephthalate(PET)pilot plant was discussed,and it was confirmed that the catalyst system has greatly improved in dispersibility and has good water resistance,which can effectively reduce the cost of use.In addition,as the balance of the catalytic reaction is easy to control,it can be effectively and stably applied in a continuous esterification polycondensation production line.By adjusting the esterification process and optimizing the polycondensation process,the b value of the finished product can be effectively controlled.The test results of molecular weight,distribution,thermal performance,TGA,and DSC show that the reprocessing performance of its product is as good as PET produced by ethylene glycol antimony catalyst,and it has the possibility of further improvement.It provides a valuable reference for further development of direct spinning industrial application research.
