乡村是我国社会治理的薄弱环节,乡村振兴战略的实施,使专业社工组织在乡村社会治理中的作用得到了重视。从理论与现实两方面探讨专业社工组织助力乡村社会治理的契机,界定了其在乡村社会治理中作为组织培育者、法治宣扬者、道德引领者及决策咨询者的角色定位,并从优化多方关系,实现牢固嵌入、坚持乡村本位,促成内外联动、推进社区自治,激发整体增权三方面提出专业社工组织助力乡村社会治理的现实路径。

Rural areas are the weak link of social governance in our country,the implementation of rural revitalization strategy makes the role of professional social work organization in rural social governance get more attention.From both theoretical and practical perspectives to discuss the opportunity of professional social work organization's involvement in rural social governance,also based on its roles as organization nurturer,advocates of the rule of law,moral guider and decision consultant in rural social governance.From the three aspects of optimizing the multilateral relations to achieve firm embedding,sticking to the rural standard to promote internal and external linkage,and promoting community autonomy to stimulate the overall empowerment,the paths for professional social work organization to boost rural social governance were put forward.
