摘要
为解决莱钢焦化厂硫铵工序采用蒸汽加热空气法对硫酸铵进行干燥处理时存在的蒸汽压力波动影响正常生产和蒸汽成本较高的问题,并考虑到焦化厂生产过程中有较多且稳定的烟气余热,提出采用焦炉烟气作为硫酸铵生产的稳定热源,即采用烟气加热空气工艺替换蒸汽加热空气干燥生产硫酸铵的工艺方案。理论计算结果表明,采用焦炉烟气余热干燥硫酸铵可实现烟气余热的回收利用,解决传统利用蒸汽干燥硫酸铵的缺点,年可节约蒸汽消耗3953 t,有助于提升化产品经济效益。
The method of steam heating air to dry ammonium sulfate was used in the coking plant of Laiwu Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.In order to solve the problem of steam pressure fluctuation that affected normal production and the high steam cost,and considering that there was a lot of stable flue gas waste heat in the production process of the coking plant,it was decided to use the coke oven flue gas as the stable heat source for the production of ammonium sulfate,i.e.using flue gas heating air process instead of steam heating air process to dry and produce ammonium sulfate.The theoretical calculation results showed that using coke oven flue gas waste heat to dry ammonium sulfate could realize the recovery and utilization of flue gas waste heat,solve the shortcomings of traditional steam drying ammonium sulfate,save 3953 tons of steam consumption per year,and improve the economic benefits of the chemical product.
