煤化工副产品综合利用项目乙烯裂解装置运行模式优化

摘要 针对乙烯裂解装置原4炉运行模式导致的单炉运行负荷高、对流段超温、炉膛低氧等问题,提出了裂解炉5炉运行(无备用)的进料模式优化方案。从设备运行情况、主副产物收率、装置能耗、经济效益等方面对两种裂解炉投料模式进行对比,分析了5炉运行模式的经济性、可行性。结果表明:无备用模式运行时,装置运行状况得以优化;乙烯收率提高,日产量增加约110 t;丙烯与乙烯质量比降低,三烯收率可达60%以上;裂解碳四、裂解碳五和裂解汽油等副产物减少;经济效益有明显提高。 In order to solve the problems of high operating load of single furnace,over-temperature of convection section and low oxygen content in furnace caused by current operating mode of four furnaces in the ethylene plant,the optimized feeding mode of 5 cracking furnaces(no back-up)was proposed.Two operating modes were compared from the aspects of facility operation,yield of products and byproducts,energy consumption as well as economic benefits,analyzing the economy and feasibility of the operating mode of 5 furnaces.The results showed that under the no back-up operation mode,the plant operating conditions were improved.The yield of ethylene was increased by about 110 tons per day,while propylene/ethylene ratio decreased.The total yield of ethylene,propylene and 1,3-butadiene was more than 60%.By-products such as cracking C4,cracking C5 and cracking gasoline reduced,and the economic benefits were significantly improved.
