摘要
为满足大带宽、大动态模拟信号的星间高质量远距离传输的需求,对基于强度调制/直接探测的外调制空间微波光子链路进行了理论分析和实验研究。建立了外调制空间微波光子链路噪声系数的理论模型,给出了影响链路射频增益和噪声系数的几点因素,并进行了实验验证。仿真和实验结果表明:空间光传输损耗、掺铒光纤放大器的增益及受激自发辐射噪声、光电探测器的输入光功率对链路的射频传输性能影响较大,在链路设计时需要重点考虑。
In order to meet the requirements of high-quality long-distance transmission of large bandwidth and large dynamic analog signals between satellites,the theoretical analysis and experimental research of externally modulated spatial microwave photonic links based on intensity modulation/direct detection(IM/DD)are carried out.The theoretical model of RF noise figure of an externally modulated spatial microwave photonic links is established.Several factors affecting the RF gain and RF noise figure of the link are given and verified by experiments.The simulation and experimental results show that the space optical transmission loss,the gain and amplified spontaneous emission(ASE)noise of the erbium-doped fiber amplifier(EDFA),and the input optical power of photodetector have great influence on the RF transmission performance,which should be considered in the design of the links.
