辽宁现代生态农业基地研究——以沈阳市辽中区社甲村现代生态农业基地为例

Issues of Modern Ecological Agricultural Base in Liaoning Province——Taking a Modern Ecological Agricultural Base in Shejia Village,Liaozhong District,Shenyang City as Example

以沈阳市辽中区社甲村现代生态农业基地为例,总结了该基地农业生产现状、主要技术模式和清洁生产农艺技术体系,以及所取得的成效,客观分析了该示范基地存在的问题,并针对实际问题,提出优化农业技术推广体系,提高科技成果转化率,加强农民职业技能培训,培育新型职业农民,完善资金投入和保障体系,提升农业农村产业化水平等对策,以充分发挥现代生态农业基地示范作用。

Taking the modern ecological agricultural base in Shejia Village,Liaozhonng District as example,the current situation of agricultural production,the main technical mode and the agronomic technology system of clean production as well as the results achieved were summarized.the problems of the demonstration base,and proposes countermeasures to the actual problems,such as optimizing the agricultural technology promotion system,improving the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements,strengthening the vocational skills training of farmers,cultivating new professional farmers,improving the financial investment and guarantee system,and upgrading the level of agricultural and rural industrialization were analyzed objectively,which would give full play to the demonstration role of the modern ecological agricultural base.
