矿井灾害应急救援技术竞赛参赛选手能力素质指标体系构建研究

Study on the Setting of Ability and Quality Index System of the Contestants in the Mine Disaster Emergency Rescue Technical Competition

构建职业院校技能竞赛选手的能力素质指标体系,对考察教师的指导水平和促进选手的训练水平具有重要意义。以2016—2019年度在全国职业院校技能大赛矿井灾害应急救援赛项中获奖参赛选手以及指导教师为研究对象,综合运用问卷调查、专家访谈和"重要性—表现性"分析(IPA)等方法,构建了由基础素质、专业修养、自我管理、人格素质和专业技能5个一级指标、17个二级指标和67个三级指标的能力素质指标体系模型,并厘定各指标的熵值,分析了各指标的重要性和表现性特点。应用结果表明,该指标体系与参赛选手实际训练所需的能力相吻合,可在矿井灾害应急救援赛项训练过程中发挥效能。

It is of great significance to construct the ability and quality index system of the players in the vocational college technical competition to inspect the guidance level of the teachers and pro⁃mote the training level of the players.Taking the winners and their instructors in the Mine Disaster Emergency Rescue Competition of National Vocational College Technical Competition from 2016 to 2019 as the research objects,this paper uses the multiple methods of questionnaires,expert inter⁃views and IPA,constructs the model of competence and quality index system which consists of 5 first-level indexes,17 second-level indexes and 67 third-level indexes This evaluation includes ba⁃sic quality,professional accomplishment,self-management,personality quality and professional skills.The entropy value of each index is determined,and the importance and performance charac⁃teristics of each index are analyzed.The application results show that the index system is consistent with the actual training ability of contestants and can play an effective role in the training process of mine disaster emergency rescue competition.
