针对市场上高性能、小体积且高功率密度的DC/DC变换器需求的增长,陕西华经微电子股份有限公司自主立项研发了一款XXX系列1/4砖结构的高功率密度和高效率DC/DC模块电源,满足直流输入电压16~40 V转直流输出28 V/10.7 A的要求。主要介绍了该DC/DC变换器的设计,提供了产品电性能指标测试数据。

Increasing demand for high performance,small volume and high power density DC/DC converters in the market,Shaanxi Huajing Microelectronics Co.,Ltd.independently project deleloped a XXX series 1/4 brick structure of high power density,high efficiency DC/DC module power supply,to realize process of changing 16~40 V DC voltage to DC 28 V/10.7 A.The paper mainly introduces the design of the DC/DC converters,and provides the test data of electrical performance index.
