摘要
目前民航空中交通管制地空通信的主要形式为甚高频(Very High Frequency,VHF)地空话音通信,管制席位通常设置主用频点、备用频点以及应急频点,单个频点无法正常使用的风险相对可控,但多个管制频点无法正常使用将会对飞行安全造成巨大威胁。基于此,根据多年来所遇到的案例,从内话系统(Voice Communication Switching System,VCSS)、传输设备与链路以及外部干扰3个方面对VHF多频点不正常的原因进行分析,并给出了相关应对措施。
At present,the main form of air-ground communication for air traffic control in civil aviation is VHF communication.The air traffic control positions usually have main frequency,stand by frequency and emergency frequency.The risk that a single frequency can not be used is relatively controllable,however,if VHF multifrequency can not be used normally,it will pose a great threat to flight safety.Based on the cases encountered in the past years,the author analyzes the causes of abnormal of VHF multi-frequency from the aspects of voice communication switch system,transmission equipment and external radio interference,and then gives the solution and suggestion.
