摘要
以无机硅酸钾溶液为主要成膜物质配合少量苯丙乳胶,采用机械共混的方法将水、纤维素、分散润湿剂、消泡剂、稳定剂、钛白粉、高岭土、重钙等在高速搅拌下分散均匀,制成无机内墙涂料。在工艺与其他材料相同的条件下,对比不同硅酸钾溶液制成无机内墙涂料的涂膜性能和贮存稳定性。结果表明,试样在50℃下贮存30 d后黏度增幅较小、无异常,且耐洗刷次数可达到10000次以上,涂膜性能优异。
With inorganic potassium silicate solution as the main film-forming material and a small amount of styrene-acrylic latex,water,cellulose,dispersing and wetting agent,defoaming agent,stabilizer,titanium dioxide,kaolin,heavy calcium,etc.were dispersed evenly under high-speed mixing to prepare inorganic interior wall coatings.The properties and storage stability of inorganic interior wall coatings film prepared with different potassium silicate solution were compared under the condition of the same process and other materials.The results show that the sample after storage at 50℃for 30 d has slightly higher viscosity and no abnormality and that the brush resistance can reach more than 10,000 times.The coatings film’s performance is excellent.
