摘要 介绍了桥梁用高阻尼氢化丁腈隔震支座的原理、结构、模具、配方、工艺设计和产品性能。产品设计成叠加结构,模具设计成三开形式,主体橡胶选用高阻尼氢化丁腈,配合剂选择吸收能量大的原材料。产品具有耐高低温、耐臭氧、耐屈挠、高阻尼的特点。使用10年性能不变,设计使用寿命70年其性能仅下降3%,达到国外同类产品水平。 This article introduces the principle,structure,mold,formula,process design and product performance of high-damping hydrogenated butyronitrile shock-isolating bearings for bridges.The product is designed as a superimposed structure,and the mold is designed as a three-open form.The main rubber is made of high-damping hydrogenated nitrile,and the compounding agent is made of raw materials with large energy absorption.The product has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance,ozone resistance,flex resistance and high damping.The performance remains unchanged for 10 years,and the design service life is 70 years,and its performance only drops by 3%,reaching the level of similar foreign products.
