钛白粉改性聚硫密封胶的研究 被引量:1

摘要 聚硫橡胶密封胶用途非常广泛,其对于金属、陶瓷、塑料、木材、水泥等材料都有着教好的粘接强度。钛白粉是聚硫密封胶的常用补强剂,本文研究了钛白粉对聚硫密封胶的硬度、拉伸强度和拉伸剪切强度等性能的影响。结果表明:随着钛白粉含量的增加,聚硫密封胶的硬度和拉伸强度增加,拉伸剪切强度下降。同时研究表明,相同配方的聚硫密封胶对铝合金的粘接强度要比钢高。因此,在密封胶配方选择时需要对基材于实际使用需求进行充分考虑,遵循科学合理的配方,不能盲目的增加补强剂的含量。 Polysulfide sealant has a wide range of uses.It has good bonding strength for metals,ceramics,plastics,wood,cement and other materials.Titanium dioxide is a commonly used reinforcing agent for polysulfide sealants.This paper studies the effect of titanium dioxide on the hardness,tensile strength and shear strength of polysulfide sealants.The results show that with the increase of the titanium dioxide content,the hardness and tensile strength of the polysulfide sealant increase,and the shear strength decreases.At the same time,studies have shown that the adhesive strength of the same formula of polysulfide sealant to aluminum alloy is higher than that of steel.Therefore,it is necessary to fully consider the actual use requirements when selecting the sealant formula,follow a scientific and reasonable formula,and cannot blindly increase the content of the reinforcing agent.
