我国花样滑冰男子单人滑运动员冬奥会成绩突破的对策——以2019世界花样滑冰锦标赛节目内容得分为例

研究男子单人滑运动员节目内容的难度,选择与其自身表演风格相符的节奏和音乐进行创作编排等技巧,分析每个人不同的滑行特点并进行不同的基础滑行方面的练习,为我国优秀花滑运动员取得更优异的比赛成绩和更有效的训练提供科学的理论依据。运用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,分析我国运动员在难度技术动作方面的等级与分数,与国际顶尖优秀男子单人滑运动员的技术动作难度及分数旗鼓相当,甚至略胜一筹。但在节目内容分上却有着显著的差异,因此节目内容分五大项分数的差异成为了制约我国优秀运动员在大赛中夺得更好名次的主要原因;其次在技术动作之间步法连接难度和质量、表演与完成方面的艺术表现力也亟待提高。
