The short track speed skating event,as one of the outstanding winter events in my country,is not only a popular event for winning gold in the Beijing Winter Olympics,but also a strong support for the development of my country’s ice industry.However,due to its fast movement speed and high intensity,athletes often suffer sports injuries.How to enhance the quality of training,obtain better performances and avoid sports injuries of athletes,and to ensure the sustainable development of athletes’competitive ability,has become a key factor for short-track speed skaters to maintain their health.Discussed the key technology and rehabilitation training for the prevention of common sports injuries of short track speed skaters,providing reference and reference for the prevention and rehabilitation of common sports injuries of short track speed skating,and preparing for the 2022 Winter Olympics in short track speed skating events.As well as extensively carrying out ice and snow sports to avoid,reduce,prevent and treat common sports injuries,it has theoretical significance and practical application value.
