我国冰雪体育产业的发展是冰雪体育强国建设的重要产业支撑。我国冰雪体育产业的发展不仅要加快速度,更要向高质量发展转变,克服冰雪体育产业高质量产品和服务还比较缺乏、冰雪体育消费水平不高、冰雪体育产业与其他产业的融合度还很不够、市场经济效益有待提升等诸多瓶颈制约问题。提出我国冰雪体育产业高质量发展必须科学布局,打造高效发展的新格局;发挥冰雪体育文化和冰雪体育服务文化的核心作用和聚合作用,在内涵建设上实现冰雪体育产业发展方式、结构、动力、治理的升级优化;走高质量创新发展之路,实现理念创新、产品创新、市场创新、服务创新、技术创新和管理创新;通过资源融合、技术融合、产品融合、服务体系融合、企业融合、行业融合、市场融合等融合发展的途径,达到企业合作、行业合作、区域合作和国际化合作等发展对策,创造我国冰雪体育产业高速度、高质量发展的"双高模式"。

The development of my country’s ice and snow sports industry is an important industrial support for the construction of a strong country in ice and snow sports.The development of my country’s ice and snow sports industry must not only accelerate,but also need to shift to high-quality development,to overcome the lack of high-quality products and services in the ice and snow sports industry,the consumption level of ice and snow sports is not high,and the integration of the ice and snow sports industry with other industries is still very high.Insufficient,market economic efficiency needs to be improved,and many other bottlenecks.It is proposed that the high-quality development of China’s ice and snow sports industry must be scientifically arranged to create a new pattern of efficient development;to play the core and cohesive role of ice and snow sports culture and ice and snow sports service culture,and realize the development mode,structure,driving force,Upgrade and optimization of governance;take the road of highquality innovation and development to realize concept innovation,product innovation,market innovation,service innovation,technological innovation and management innovation;through resource integration,technology integration,product integration,service system integration,enterprise integration,and industry integration,Market integration and other integrated development approaches,to achieve development strategies such as enterprise cooperation,industry cooperation,regional cooperation and international cooperation,and create a"double high mode"for the high-speed and high-quality development of China’s ice and snow sports industry.
