摘要
准噶尔盆地南缘地区油气勘探前景广阔,但地层埋深深、压实程度高,整体钻探难度大、施工周期长。针对新近系沙湾组膏质粉砂岩地层抗压强度高、研磨性强、单只钻头进尺低、机速低、成本高等难题,试验涡轮+孕镶提速技术。通过优选高温高速涡轮、耐研磨孕镶钻头、微降斜钻具组合,在南缘高103井进行了成功应用,实现了进尺和机械钻速的有效提高,为该地区的钻井提速提供了积极借鉴作用。
The prospects for oil and gas exploration in the southern margin of the Junggar Basin are broad,but the stratum is deeply buried and highly compacted.The drilling is difficult and the period is long.Aiming at the problems of high compres⁃sive strength,strong abrasiveness,low single bit footage,low rate of penetration,and high cost in the gypsum siltstone forma⁃tion of the Neogene Shawan Formation,the turbine and impregnated bit technology are tested.By optimizing the combination of high-temperature and high-speed turbine,abrasive resistant impregnated bit,and slight deviation decrease drilling assem⁃bly,it is successfully applied in the south margin of Gao 103 well,realizing the effective improvement of footage and ROP,providing a positive reference for drilling speed in this area.
