摘要
基于现场作业生产经验对川西地区致密砂岩气藏井筒堵塞做出分析,认为井筒堵塞主要有以下几种类型:井下杂质堆积堵塞;管柱结垢堵塞;井下作业工具堵塞;产层水淹。相较于常规修井作业,连续油管解堵作业施工快捷、高效,在川西地区气井解堵施工作业中取得了良好的效果。总结了不同井筒堵塞类型适用的解堵工艺,详细阐述了连续油管解堵技术的现场应用案例,为解决川西地区类似问题提供了技术储备和经验积累。
Based on the field experience,this paper analyzes the problem of wellbore plugging in tight sandstone gas reser⁃voirs in Western Sichuan,and considers that there are mainly the following types of wellbore plugging:(1)accumulation of downhole impurities;(2)scaling of tubing string;(3)plugging of downhole fishes;(4)and water flooding.Compared with con⁃ventional workover operation,coiled tubing has achieved good results in wellbore decoupling operation in Western Sichuan due to its high efficiency.This paper summarizes the decoupling technologies applicable to different types of wellbore plug⁃ging and describes some field cases,which provide technical reserves and experience accumulation for solving similar prob⁃lems in Western Sichuan.
