基于智能制造的晶硅电池烧结控制技术研究

摘要 基于晶硅电池在进行生产的最后一道工序"烧结"时面临着一系列的难题,国内烧结炉设备工艺改进已经成为光伏行业急待解决的问题。阐述随着智能制造时代的到来,传统的烧结炉设备也逐渐向智能化的方向发展。智能算法、大数据分析、AI技术、光学检测等技术也逐步在烧结炉设备中应用,为晶硅电池烧结技术的解决带来有效的方法与手段;碎片、废片等缺陷明显降低,通过改进设备和提高工艺水平对于烧结设备的国产化进程有着重要的意义。 Based on the fact that the crystalline silicon battery is facing a series of problems in the final process of "sintering", the improvement of sintering furnace equipment and process in China has become an urgent problem to be solved in the photovoltaic industry. With the coming of the era of intelligent manufacturing, the traditional sintering furnace equipment is gradually developing in the direction of intelligent. Intelligent algorithm, big data analysis, AI technology, optical detection and other technologies are gradually applied in the sintering furnace equipment, which brings effective methods and means for the solution of crystalline silicon battery sintering technology. It is significant to improve the equipment and process level for the localization process of sintering equipment.
